Dear Parents and Guardians,
Local police have informed neighbourhood schools about a recent potential abduction attempt in the Central Saanich area. We are sending this message to our parent communities to increase awareness of the situation involving an adult male approaching some teenagers in an apparent attempt to grab them. Parents and guardians are asked to have a conversation with their children about ways of maintaining their safety as well as ensuring that they report any concerns like this to their school or local police as soon as possible.
