Hello Parents,
We will be offering 4 fun lunches this winter, with our first lunch soon after we return from the winter break on Friday, January 17! The next fun lunch dates for the winter session are Friday, February 7, Friday, February 21 & Friday, March 13. Mark your calendars!
We will continue to use the MunchaLunch online ordering system. Please note that online ordering will close on Wednesday, January 8.
HOW TO REGISTER WITH MUNCHALUNCH (existing users, click “LOGIN HERE” to access your account using your login information from last year): 1. Go to: www.munchalunch.com/schools/kelset
2. Click the “Register Here” button. The system will guide you through.
3. After adding your children, click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order.
4. Select “Winter Fun Lunch” as the session.
5. Choose your menus for each fun lunch date.
6. Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account.
IMPORTANT WINTER FUN LUNCH INFORMATION:
· The first winter fun lunch is Friday, January 17. The next fun lunch dates for the winter session are Friday, February 7, Friday, February 21 & Friday, March 13. You must place your order for all 4 winter fun lunches at once.
· Online ordering is open until Wednesday, January 8 at midnight.
· Payment is due online by credit card at the time of ordering. If credit card payment is not an option for you, please pay cash or cheque at the office. Be sure to include your children’s name and order number.
· Paper copies of the winter fun lunch order forms are available at the office.
· Please note that if your child is absent for fun lunch, his or her lunch will be donated. Refunds will not be issued for missed lunches.
