It's time for Spring Fair Planning to get underway. To successfully plan this event, we are in desperate need of a Spring Fair Coordinator and a committee of enthusiastic parent volunteers. The Fair is our PAC's biggest fundraiser. Without this event, we will not have funds to support programs such as Reflex Math, Science Ventures, Camp Day, and various music and dance programs.
If we don't form a planning committee by January 31, the Spring Fair will not run! A past coordinator is willing to provide support to the new coordinator this year. Sign up at the SignUp Genius link provided below.
The first Spring Fair planning committee meeting is February 20th at 7pm in the ḰELSET Multipurpose Room. It's fun and there will be treats! Please gather some friends and consider stepping forward so we may continue this school tradition!
