KELSET Community:

With a fresh start in a New Year we would like to take this opportunity to bring to light and improve traffic safety around our school.  Our RCMP School Liaison Officer, Constable Phipps has alerted us to several safety concerns regarding the morning drop off routine at KELSET.  At this time we would like to remind everyone:

-        Try to leave 10 min early = no rushing or stress = great way to start to your day!

-        Supervision at the school begins at 8:20am

-        Park at Panorama and walk = great way to start your day!

-        ALWAYS use the crosswalks = drivers cannot see your child coming out between vehicles until it is too late

Please remember it is our responsibility as parents/guardians to set a good example to all children by demonstrating safe and responsible behaviour on and around roads and crosswalks

-        The drop off zone at the school is never for parking, buses have priority

Let’s keep our children safe. If you are interested in joining our safety committee, please contact the KELSET PAC at
