National D.E.A.R (Drop Everything And Read) Day is Monday, October 26th.

To celebrate, KELSET invites parents, guardians, grandparents, and family members to come read with students first thing in the morning between 8:40 - 9:00.

If you bring a working flashlight (or cell phone with flashlight), you can read your great, great book in the dark, dark, gym.  Students must be accompanied by an adult for this spooktacular opportunity.  *students can buddy up with a friend's adult if needed

If you have more than one child in the school you can have them meet in one room or the gym, or divide your time between classes.

While there will be books in the classroom to share, you might want to bring a favourite book from home that is tried and true.

See you on Monday!
