This August 2nd marks the Sidney Volunteer Fire Department’s centennial celebration. This is a free, family oriented event that we want to encourage all members of the community to attend. Along with a fire truck parade down Beacon there will be a kids spray booth, fire truck show n’ shine, open houses at the Fire Hall and Sidney Museum (who will have a fire fighting exhibit), and more. We were wondering if there was any possibility of having information posted about the fire truck parade we have planned for that day in either the newsletters that are distributed to children and / or on the school website?
