Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year. We know these are challenging and anxious times and we are here to support you and our wonderful school. The PAC generally meets on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm and during these unprecedented times we will be meeting via Teams. All ḰELSET families are welcome to join these meetings as you are all members of the PAC. It is also a great way to learn more about our school and share concerns. Please RSVP to <span lang="en-ca" xml:lang="en-ca">kelsetpac@hotmail.com</span> or via messenger on our Facebook Page (ḰELSET Elementary PAC) with your email address and a link will be sent to you prior to the meetings.
Each year, your PAC financially supports ḰELSET Elementary and students by contributing to classroom supplies, guest speakers, sports equipment, literacy programs, field trips, special activities, forgotten lunch program and much more throughout the school year. While this year will look different, we will always need to support our school activities financially. The PAC has lined up some COVID friendly fundraisers but is also providing the opportunity for families to support the PAC financially by making a voluntary donation. In lieu of fundraising, please consider giving our suggested donation of $10 per child or any alternative amount you would like to donate. If you would like to donate by cheque, please ensure it is made out to KELSET PAC and it, or cash, may be sent to the school office.
